MMA gloves, essential for MMA practitioners. Venum, Buddha, Leone, Ringhorns, UFC .. For sparring, competition, training and professional
We have 4 and 7 ounce MMA gloves. 4-ounce gloves allow for more grip comfort but less protection from knocks, and the opposite is true for 7-ounce ones. There is also the possibility to choose between gloves with the thumb protected or exposed
- How to choose your MMA gloves?
The first thing to decide is what we are going to use them for, it can be general training, sparring or competition.
* Training mma gloves are typically 4 ounces, fingers are spread apart and highly mobile, may be too thin to sparring with some intensity
* Gloves for sparring are usually 7 ounces, so you can gain more weight, although some mobility in the fingers is sacrificed and this makes it difficult to grip
* The competition gloves are 4 ounces, with little padding, designed mainly to protect the hands
