Venum Reflex Ball

The Venum reflex ball is a very original training accessory, easily transportable, which will allow you to develop your coordination and the precision of your shots. Little used a few years ago, athletes like Vasyl Lomachenko made it popular to the point that it is found in the training bag of the vast majority of professional boxers.

 

The concept is simple: an elastic band connects a rubber ball to an elastic band placed around the head. Then you will have to hit the ball while controlling the intensity and direction of your shots. The use of the Reflex ball does not require any other accessory and is therefore very easy to use, whatever your training location!

 

The Reflex Ball package includes two rubber balls: each has a different resistance elastic to better develop your reflexes and coordination.
